How do I make a cup of Koffie Collina?
Add a teaspoon to your cup, pour over hot (not boiling) water or warm milk, and stir. Because it is freeze-dried it dissolves completely, with no grounds and no residue — sweeten to taste.
Where do you ship, and what does delivery cost?
We ship across India. Orders leave our Wayanad estate within 24 hours of being placed, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking through our secure checkout, or choose cash on delivery where it is available for your address.
Is it really 100% robusta?
Yes — single-estate robusta, shade-grown in the Western Ghats of Wayanad and freeze-dried within hours of harvest to hold its aroma.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Sealed, it stays fresh until the best-before date on the label; once opened, use it within a few weeks for the best flavour.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
